Deploying new processes can be difficult, as you need to train your staff to use different tools and follow other rules. Fortunately, e-learning provides a good framework for such training.


The key is to have frequent training sessions, and a way to evaluate if the skills have been understood and learned.


We can recommend a Learning Management System (LMS) and provide full courses for your new applications and processes, in your language. 


The applications will enable you to identify sales agents who do not use the system to its fullest or who are lagging in terms of performance. Such agents will need to “recertify” their learning by following some learning modules and passing tests (these are quiz).
